₹249 Credit Score Report Access Fee

The fee is generally non-refundable once the credit report has been pulled, since cost is incurred to the bureau.

Refunds are processed in the following cases, subject to review:

• Duplicate payment — the duplicate amount is refunded within 7–10 business days.
• Payment captured but service could not be delivered due to a verified technical failure on our end.
• Where required by applicable law.

Other charges

Processing fees, penalty charges and other loan-related fees are governed by the Loan Agreement and Key Fact Statement.

Email support@angelaisle.example with your Credit Report Access ID and a brief description. We respond within 2 business days.
