Customer Consent Policy

Every sensitive action on your account is gated by explicit, separate consent.

Where we ask for consent

  • Payment — before you make the ₹249 Credit Score Report Access Fee payment.
  • Credit bureau pull — separately, after payment success, before we fetch your report.
  • Bank statement analysis — before we read your statement, whether via PDF or Account Aggregator.
  • Repayment authorisation — before any debit instruction is set up for the single 7-day bullet repayment.

Consent record

Every consent is stored with the consent text version, timestamp, IP address, device and user-agent — and is visible to you in your dashboard.

Revocation

You can withdraw future consent at any time. Active loans remain governed by the agreement you signed.
